Some updates, updates or services may be provided automatically without notice if you log in to PlayStation™Network, and others may be made available to you through SIE Inc.`s website or authorized channels. You agree that YOU Inc. will provide such automatic updates, updates and services. The Services may include the latest update or download of a new version of the System Software containing security patches, new technologies, or revised settings and features that may prevent access to unauthorized or stolen content or prevent the use of unauthorized hardware or software associated with your PS4 system. These updates, updates and services may impact the functionality of your PS4 system, and SIE Inc is not responsible for your effects or damage caused by the installation process. 8.5. Cancellations and Refunds. All purchases on PlayStation Store are final and non-refundable, except as set forth in this Agreement or in the current PlayStation Store Cancellation Policy (www.playstation.com/legal/cancellation-policy). All intellectual property rights in the content, code and data provided as part of an update, update or new version (hereinafter referred to as “System Software”) belong to SCE or its licensors, and any use of such software is subject to the terms of this Agreement and all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Except as expressly agreed in this Agreement, SCE and its licensors reserve all rights, interests and remedies.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, SCE grants you a non-exclusive, non-commercial right to the proprietary system software on your PSP™ system. To the extent permitted by law, your rights to use or access the current version of the System Software are extinguished by installing a newer version of the System Software on your PSP™System system, whether such installation is by manual or automatic download by SCE via SCE`s online network or otherwise. SCE does not license system software that has been purchased by users in a manner other than SCE`s authorized distribution methods. You have no ownership rights or shares in the system software. . . .
