Industrial Security Annex (Isa) Agreement

BECA is supposed to be one of the few fundamental agreements the US is entering into with its close partners. The agreement covers the exchange of intelligence information on geographic data used by governments for defence and other purposes. Under the agreement, the United States would exchange technical and procedural information with India on the standardization of methods, specifications and formats used for the collection, processing and production of geographic information. After decades of negotiations, India signed the Memorandum of Understanding for Trade Logistics (LEMOA) in 2016 and last year the third COMCASA agreement.
